The OnlyFans model, who is accused of killing her boyfriend during an argument in their luxury Miami condo, has been sued by her boyfriend’s family for funeral expenses and other expenses.
Courtney Clenney, 26 — charged with the April 2022 second-degree murder of her boyfriend, cryptocurrency trader Christian Obumseli, 28 — has been sued by her estate for alleged negligence, TMZ reported Thursday.
The civil suit alleges that the family incurred exorbitant expenses for Christian’s medical treatment and funeral.

The action also mentioned the name of the owner of the building where the appeal took place and the apartment’s security team.
The family is seeking reimbursement of costs and unspecified damages to cover past and future mental distress – and loss of their future support and services to their family.

“It is important to note that the Plaintiff (Estate of Obumseli) filed suit against the security company, building management company, and the owner’s [sic] of the apartment that Courtney rented,” he said.
“The Estate is seeking wrongful death damages in hopes of getting a huge payout because these companies have very high limits on their insurance policies. Courtney has no assets that the Estate can collect on,” Prieto continued.
Clenney – who has made over $3 million from the adult site as of 2020 and has over 2 million followers on Instagram – claimed he defended himself from her attack before stabbing him in the chest.
This star was spotted threatening Obumseli’s life on social media just a month before the stabbing.

In December, Clenney broke down in tears when investigators informed her of Obumseli’s death.
She claimed she threw the knife at Obomsele during an argument in self-defense – but prosecutors gave a different version of events, claiming she stabbed him.
Crime scene photos show Klein and her bloodied apartment.
Her defense said she applied for a restraining order against her lover days before the fatal fight – and a security guard at the building told officers he once saw Obomsele approaching her.
A judge denied his request for bail.
