You will surely love Mechoui. No one eats this dish that is made from an entire lamb, that is slowly roasted that will want to miss it again. Pasta
We will tell you to forget about pasta taste you are familiar with when you are in Algeria. Algerian pasta is prepared like a couscous and it is not boiled in salt water. The sauce flavours are soaked up during the preparation.
