Manchester United Confirm Signing of Cameroonian International, Andre Onana in £47m Deal

In a significant transfer move, Manchester United has officially announced the signing of Cameroonian goalkeeper Andre Onana from Inter Milan for a staggering fee of £47.1 million. 

The deal has been completed pending international clearance, and the player has signed a five-year contract at Old Trafford, with the option to extend for an additional year.

The negotiations between the two clubs were successfully concluded, with United agreeing to pay Inter Milan £43.7 million upfront and an additional £3.4 million in potential add-ons.

Personal terms with the 27-year-old shot-stopper were also agreed upon, and he has already passed his medical examination at Carrington.

The arrival of Andre Onana bolsters Manchester United’s goalkeeping options, and he is expected to compete for the starting position immediately.
