Nigerian athlete Tobi Amusan has shattered records and made her mark in the world of athletics by setting a new World Record for the fastest time in a 100-meter hurdles race.
The 26-year-old sprinter achieved this feat at the Silesia Diamond League held at the prestigious Silesian Stadium in Poland.
Amusan blazed through the track, clocking an astonishing time of 12.34 seconds, cementing her place in history as the official holder of the fastest time in a 100-meter hurdle race in the event.
She faced fierce competition from American athletes Harrison Kendria and Ali Nia, who clinched the second and third positions with times of 12.35 and 12.38 seconds, respectively.
