Zambian Dishes: How To Prepare Lumanda With Groundnuts

Ingredients
Lumanda vegetables
1 medium chopped tomato
1/2 cup pounded groundnuts
3/4 teaspoons soda
Salt
Water

Method
1. Cut the leaves off the stalks and wash them
2. Add the pot along with a little water and 3/4 teaspoon of soda. for around 3 minutes.
3. Continue stirring while adding the diced tomato and groundnut powder.
4. Keep stirring the groundnut powder for at least 20 to 30 minutes to make sure it’s properly cooked.
5. It is now prepared for serving.

Using cooking oil
You’ll require;
Lumanda vegetables
1 medium tomato, chopped
A half-teaspoon of cooking oil
Salt

Method

1. Cut the leaves off the stalks and wash them
2. Fill the saucepan with frying oil.
3. Add the tomato, cut it, and start stirring continuously for about two minutes.
4. Add the leaves and stir for just 5-7 minutes more.
5. It is now prepared for serving.
