Nick Cannon has admitted none of the mothers of his 12 children receive a “monthly bonus” from him.
The thorny question was asked by Home Morning Show radio hosts Shorty Da Prince, Britt Williams, and Andrew Caldwell.
They asked the 42-year-old TV host about how much money he paid in child support after fathering 12 children with different women.
Not only does he share 11-year-old twins Monroe and Morocco with Mariah Carey, but he’s also father to Rise, six months, Strong Queen, two, and Golden, six, with Brittany Bell.
The list goes on with four-month-old Beautiful and Zion and Zillion, both with Abby De La Rosa.

He is also the father of three-month-old Halo and the late Zane (who tragically passed away in December 2021) with Alyssa Scott, as well as eight-month-old Legendary Love with Bree Tessie and six-month-old Onyx with Laanisha Kohl.
When asked about parents’ financial responsibilities, the radio show’s hosts joked, “I’m not on the government.” To which a co-host replied, “That’s how you know he really got it together!”
Nick replied that none of the mothers received monthly paychecks to help care for their children, but they got whatever they asked for.
He joked that the children’s mother nicknamed him “the provider.”
“But to your point, to answer it in a very serious way, it ain’t even about a monthly allowance or amount of money, because I don’t give myself that,” he said.
“What they need, they get. There’s never been something that one of the mothers of my children has asked for and they didn’t receive.”
Discussing the respect he has for the mothers of his six children, Nick said: “Everybody has their challenges – but when you really understand this woman has given the greatest sacrifice, and sacrificed her body to bring a child into this world, that’s the best gift any man could ask for.
“Regardless of what goes on in any scenario, I’m gonna always show love and respect. I’ll never say anything disrespectful or bad about any of the mothers of my children.”
