Pop star Rihanna spent $21 million on a 9,300-square-foot Los Angeles penthouse formerly owned by Friends actor Matthew Perry.
Dubbed the “Mansion in the Sky,” the four-bedroom, eight-bathroom residence occupies the entire 40th floor – big enough for the singer and her partner, rapper A$AP Rocky, and their growing family. They had a boy last year and are now expecting their second child.
The imposing Horn unit offers panoramic city, mountain, and sea views – and has been described as “looming over the city like a floating palace”.

Features include an expansive living room with floor-to-ceiling windows, a luxurious study, a billiards room – and an all-white kitchen with marble countertops, two islands and quality appliances. There are also four spacious terraces.
The master suite features a sweeping glass wall, a living area with a fireplace, two bathrooms, and ample closets.
Interior designer L.M. Pagano was hired to redesign the space.
Gated building amenities include 24-hour concierge and security, large pool with cabanas, state-of-the-art health club and gym, movie theater and private wine cellar.
