We have no words to describe the beauty of this traditional Yoruba engagement which is also a traditional marriage of Bami and Bryant. The couple are definitely #Meant2B and you need to feed your eyes on these images as well and read up on their love story ❤️ They had an 8 year long, long distance relationship.
According to the bride, She and Bryant had unknowingly been around each other for over a decade before they actually met. They lived in the same neighbourhood when we were younger and we even went to the same school at one point.
At the beginning of their university days, Bryant became part of Bami’s sister’s friend group; and they started to notice each other. After a mutual friend’s birthday dinner in 2011, Bryant boldly came to Bami and said “I like you, And I think we should talk!”
In May 2013, when Bami came home for the summer before starting medical school. Somehow, Bryant organized himself as her ride to a friend’s outing. As they casually flirted on the way, Bami brought up how much she enjoyed their time together in the past. The very next day, they started hanging out again and began dating. They like to think that was the spark of their 8-year long-distance relationship.
Despite all the miles and effort put into their relationship, Bami knew he was a keeper when She noticed he always saved the last bites of his food for her. They are indeed #Meant2B
