Netflix Unveils Trailer for South African Crime Thriller, ‘Heart of the Hunter’

Excitement is building as Netflix prepares to premiere its latest commissioned South African film, “Heart of the Hunter,” on March 29. Directed by Mandla Dube, known for his work on the action-packed Netflix original “Silverton Siege,” the spy thriller promises to captivate audiences with its gripping narrative and high-octane action.

Based on Deon Meyer’s classic crime novel of the same title, “Heart of the Hunter” follows the story of Zuko Khumalo, played by Bonko Khoza. Khumalo, a former spy now working at an auto shop, finds himself drawn back into the dangerous world he thought he had left behind. As he navigates a complex web of intrigue and danger, Khumalo must fight to protect his country’s democracy and safeguard his family.
