Tiger Woods’ ex-girlfriend, Erica Herman, is suing the golfer for $30 million for allegedly violating an oral agreement that denied her entry into a Florida home where they lived together.
TMZ Sports has obtained documents stating the couple lived together for six years before splitting last fall.
Herman said Woods’ reps told her they were taking her to the airport “for a short vacation” and then told her she was “locked out” of the house and couldn’t come back once they got to the airport.
The lawsuit is based on an “oral lease agreement” that said the couple had that would let her live in the home for an additional five years for a “reasonable rent” of $30 million.

The Woods Trust responded to the lawsuit with documents showing there was no such arrangement and that she simply lives there as his girlfriend and was to live elsewhere after the split.
TMZ previously reported Wednesday that Herman filed legal documents against Woods related to a non-disclosure agreement, which she said he signed when they first started dating.
Herman said the federal Speak Out Act, which blocks a prior NDA in a sexual assault or harassment situation, applies in this case.
She also said that Woods’ personal background imposed a confidentiality agreement to prevent her from discussing her experience with him.
